Terms and conditions

The General Terms and Conditions deal with the operation of the online store, user rights and the business relationship between the online store owner, article providers and the consumer.

The General Terms and Conditions determine the operation of the helium-energy.eu online store, the rights and obligations of the user and the store, and regulate the business relationship between helium-energy.eu and the user.

The user is bound by the general conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (placing an online order). When placing an order, the user is reminded of the general terms and conditions of business and confirms his / her acquaintance with them by placing an order.

By using the helium-energy.eu online store, you agree to all the conditions set out below.

The language in which the contract is concluded is English.

Types of users

By visiting the online store helium-energy.eu, the visitor acquires the right to purchase. The visitor makes a purchase without registration.

Methods of payment

The customer can choose between the following payment methods:

  • credit card (Eurocard / Mastercard, Visa and American Express),
  • PayPal.


HELIUM ENERGIJA d.o.o. strives for the fastest possible delivery of the ordered goods.

Products in stock will be sent to the buyer within 2 (two) working days from the date of the order. If the ordered items are not currently in stock, the estimated delivery time is 14 days. During the holidays and on weekends, the delivery time for working hours is extended.

Delivery is carried out in cooperation with Intereuropa d.d.

There are no delivery costs in the territory of Slovenia for the buyer; they are covered by the company HELIUM ENERGIJA d.o.o.


Due to the nature of online business, the offer on helium-energy.eu is updated and changed frequently and quickly (without prior notice).

Prices are in euros (€). Until the conditions of the seller's tax liability are met, all prices are without VAT. VAT is not charged.

Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity.

Prices are valid in case of payment with the above payment methods, under the above conditions.

The provider tries to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, but it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or if the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will offer the customer a solution that will be to the satisfaction of both parties.

At the moment when the buyer confirms the order (when the buyer receives an e-mail about the status Order confirmed), the sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded and from that moment all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.

The sales contract (i.e. the first electronic order status message) is stored electronically on the provider’s server and is available to consumers upon their written request.

Purchase process

Product selection: On the helium-energy.eu website, select the product and click on the "ADD TO CART" button. You can cancel your purchase at any time by closing the window in your web browser.

The system will first take you directly to the page to submit the information needed to complete the purchase. You will be shown a detailed overview of the ordered products with the price of the products, possible delivery costs and the total value of the purchase. First, choose whether you want to make a purchase with Paypal or as a guest. If you want to make a purchase with Paypal, click on the "Paypal" button. Clicking on the button will open a page for logging in to Paypal, which will ask you to log in with your username and password.

To complete your purchase as a guest, fill in all the fields on the "Information" subpage. All information is required. Then click on the " Continue to shipping" button. The system will direct you to the "Shipping" subpage. Click the "Continue to payment" button. The system will direct you to the "Payment" subpage. Enter your payment card information. All information is required. Click the "Pay now" button to complete your purchase. To change the address on your account, click " Use a different billing address" and enter the information you want to be listed on your account. If you want to pay with Paypal, you can also select this in this step. Select the option to pay with Paypal and click on the "Pay now" button. The system will redirect you to Paypal, where you will then make the payment.

By clicking on the "Pay now" button, you agree to the general terms and conditions.

The consumer's right to withdraw from the contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. During this time, he must unambiguously inform the company via the contact e-mail address (info@helium-energy.eu) that he / she is withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the bidder no later than 14 days from the submitted notice of withdrawal from the contract to the address: HELIUM ENERGIJA d.o.o., Hrvaška ulica 4, 1000 Ljubljana.

The returned goods must be undamaged, in the same quantity and in the accompanying and undamaged packaging. In addition to the returned product, the customer should enclose a copy of the invoice and the number of his transaction account. The refund of the paid amount will be made as soon as possible or no later than 14 days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. Refunds are made to the customer's bank account. Only the amount paid is returned to the bank account.

The possibility of return does not apply to technical goods which have been tampered with by the buyer (opened the security seal).

The return of the received goods to the company within the deadline for withdrawal from the contract is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract.


The warranty applies to items for which are stated on the warranty card or invoice. The warranty is valid following the instructions on the warranty card and upon submission of the invoice. Warranty periods are stated on the warranty card or invoice. Warranty information is also provided in the item description.

Liability for material errors

Liability for material errors can be refered to in cases:

if the product does not have the properties necessary for its normal use;

if the product does not have the properties necessary for the special use for which the buyer is buying it, or was known to the seller or should have been known to him;

if the product does not have the characteristics and qualities that were explicitly or tacitly agreed upon;

if the seller has delivered a product that does not match the model, unless the model was shown for informational purposes only.

The bidder is responsible for material defects in the goods that appear within two years of receipt of the goods.

The consumer may exercise his rights from a material defect if he notifies the seller of the defect within two months of the day on which the defect was discovered. The consumer must describe the defect in more detail in the error notice and allow the seller to inspect the item. The bidder is not liable for material defects in the goods that appear after two years have passed since the goods were delivered. A defect in product shall be deemed to have existed at the time of extradition if it occurs within six months of extradition.

The consumer, who has correctly notified the provider of the defect, has the right to require the seller to:

rectify the defect in the goods or

return part of the amount paid in proportion to the error or

replace defective goods with new faultless goods or

return the amount paid.

The provider will respond in writing to the consumer's request no later than eight days after receipt.

The right to claim a material defect in an article is regulated in more detail by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

Order cancellation

The provider strives to process orders quickly and thus ensure the fastest possible delivery of ordered items. If the user wants to cancel his order, he should do so as soon as possible and report it by phone (+386 31 373 791) or by e-mail info@helium-energy.eu.

If the order has already been submitted to the delivery service, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.

Protection of personal data

Bythe Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1-UPB1) and the EU General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (GDPR), which entered into force on 25 May 2018, the provider is obliged to protect the personal data of its users.

The provider keeps the obtained personal data of the users of the helium-energy.eu online store for an indefinite period of time.

The bidder will use personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending invoices and other necessary communication related to the order) and for:

recording the results of the helium-energy.eu online store,

improving products and services,

direct marketing via e-mail (notification of news and attractions, promotional activities, prize games, events),

direct marketing via SMS messages (notification of news and attractions, promotional activities, prize games, events),

monitoring the user's purchasing behavior on the basis of past activities and for automated and non-automated processing and receiving messages and benefits that will be intended and adapted to the user.

The managers of the helium-energy.eu online store will in no case hand over user data to unauthorized personel. The delivery service is entrusted only with the delivery address and contact telephone number (if the user or customer will not be available at the address at the time of delivery).

We are not responsible for the accuracy of the data submitted by the user.

The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of his username and password and the appropriate software (anti-virus) protection of his computer.

Exceptional disclosure of personal information

The data collected and processed in the helium-energy.eu online stores will be disclosed only if such an obligation is stipulated by law or in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other state bodies and for protection and enforcement of legitimate interests of the helium-energy.eu online store.


The provider will contact the user only if the user does not explicitly object.

Limitation of Liability

Helium Energija d.o.o. is not responsible for:

disputes caused by installation on the balcony (prohibition of accommodation, complaints from other residents, etc.),

damage that would occur as a result of the use or installation of a mini solar power plant (fall during installation, electric shock, fire, damage to other devices in the network, etc.),

compliance with local laws regarding legality of the usage of Mini Solar Power Plant.

Helium Energija d.o.o. it is not a manufacturer of a mini solar power plant. It is a distributor of the individual items that make up a mini solar power plant. All obligations that apply to manufacturers according to the legislation and regulations are thus the domain of the producers themselves and not of the company Helium Energija d.o.o.


The provider makes every effort to ensure the up-to-dateness and correctness of the information published on its pages. However, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time or the price may change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the websites. In such a case, the provider will notify the customer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or replace the ordered item.

The provider reserves the right to change the terms of business at any time and in any way, for any reason and without prior notice.

Complaints and disputes

The provider complies with consumer protection legislation. It is also doing its utmost to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system. The bidder determines the person with whom, in case of problems, the buyer can contact by phone (+386 31 373 791) or by e-mail (info@helium-energy.eu). The procedure ensures the confidentiality of the handling of the complaint. In the event of complaints, the bidder acts in the direction of amicable settlement of disputes.

In accordance with legal norms, the provider does not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes (IRPS) as competent for resolving consumer disputes that a consumer may initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIsRPS).

That regulation derives from the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act, Regulation (EU) no. Regulation (EC) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the online settlement of consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22 / EC.
